Palmetto Buffalo
Palmetto Buffalo Grass is a tough, soft leaf Buffalo, that grows Australia wide. This turf provides a lawn grass that has excellent winter colour and can generally out compete weeds when established. Palmetto Buffalo generally requires less watering and less mowing, from April to early September, than most other turf varieties available in Instant Turf rolls.
Palmetto Buffalo is shade tolerant, as little as two hours direct sunlight, drought tolerant, non-invasive as it has surface runners and stays green all year round.
Palmetto Buffalo is one of our best-selling roll-on lawns as it looks fantastic in larger areas. Once your new Palmetto Buffalo lawn has been laid it will grow quickly as its runners are fast and highly branching, which also provides excellent recovery from wear.

Once established, Sir Walter lawns are drought, heat, and frost tolerant and has stood the test of time, proving time and time again that it will go anywhere and grow. anywhere in Perth.
Sir Walter is a super soft variety of buffalo considered creeping broad leaf variety of lawn, it is easily contained as it only creeps across the surface area and will tolerate heavy traffic, including pets.

Empire Zoysia
Grown at our local Turf farm in Bullsbook Empire Zoysia has proven time and time again just how well suited it is to Perth’s climate. A great roll on lawn for any residential or commercial application Empire Zoysia is a versatile, adaptable lawn, that looks great all year round.
It performs well in both sandy and clay soil types, with aggressive growth from its runners and rhizomes, but can be mown with a standard rotary mower due to its ideal leaf width and open growth habit. It requires less maintenance and mowing than other turf grass and is a very efficient water user.
